Getting your home remodeled is stressful, and having strangers walking around in your personal space can be uncomfortable. We understand this and want to ease the tension and make you feel heard and understood. You have our team’s attention whenever you need it-even if it’s not job related. We try our best to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.

12 Easy Steps To Get Your Home Transformed Into Your Perfect Vision
Our process is fine tuned and specialized to give you a seamless and stress-free experience. To offer you full transparency we have explained our process in detail so that you know exactly what to expect.
1. Fill Out Our Form
Give us all the details you can about your project by filling out our form. After you send us some pictures of your current space and pictures of what you want it to look like, we will have a good idea in which direction your project is headed.
2. Phone Consultation
We get back to you as soon as possible with a phone consultation where we talk about your project in depth, and start discussing the goal you have in mind. We then schedule an on-site consultation.
3. On-Site Consultation
During the on-site consultation we finalize the vision you have for your home and start choosing the materials. If you would like a more comprehensive design, we’ll connect you with our preferred designers and they’ll help you out. We also discuss the project timeline and expectations. The on-site consultation comes with a $500 fee.
4. Signing The Contract
After we make sure you have all the information you need and we’ve agreed on pricing, we draft and sign the contract.
5. Protect Your Home And The Site
We waste no time and get started preparing the project site, taking the utmost care to make sure your home is safe before any demolition or construction begins.
6. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Join us in a pre-job walkthrough as we make sure to inform you about what to expect during the project timeline. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have so that we can address them.
7. We Get To Work
We start working on your project and pay close attention to detail, making sure that we execute your vision perfectly. Watch us work and feel free to give us any input along the way.
8. Leaving the site clean
After we have finished construction we make sure that your home is clean. Our cleaners will leave the project site spotless and ready for you to enjoy.
9. Post-Job Walkthrough
Join us in a final inspection as we tick everything off the punch list. If you have anything on your mind about the finished project, let us know and we will take care of it for you.
10. Enjoy Your Home
Your beautiful home is now complete and it’s everything you’ve always wanted. Once we are out the door be sure to invite your loved ones over and celebrate your new, amazing home together with them.
11. Warranty
All the work we do for you comes with a one year labour warranty, so make sure to take advantage of that if anything comes up. You also benefit from manufacturer’s warranty on materials.
12. Follow Up
To make sure you are still happy with our work, we have a 3-week, 3-month, and 11-month follow up plan. We will keep in touch and make sure everything is perfect and that you are happy in your improved home.
